Do I need an account?

No. Namo works without sign-up, and your practice history stays on your device.

My bead count or streak disappeared

Practice data is stored locally. Deleting and reinstalling the app, or switching to a new phone, starts a fresh history.

Sound or vibration is not working

Check the sound toggle at the top of the Home screen and make sure your iPhone is not in Silent mode. Vibration also follows your iPhone's system haptics setting.

Change language

Open the Profile tab and choose your language in the Language section. Namo supports English, Vietnamese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Korean and Thai.

Remove a prayer I sent

Email privacy@gemral.com with the prayer text and the date you sent it. See our privacy policy.
